About Hope

Hope is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is passionate about supporting women, parents, and couples as they navigate the emotional complexities of life, relationships, and motherhood.

Hope has a special interest in working with perinatal and postpartum mothers, women’s issues, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. As a mother herself, she deeply understands the importance of maternal well-being and its impact not only on individuals but also on families as a whole. She approaches counseling from a client-centered, holistic perspective, recognizing the vital connection between mental health, physical health, and overall well-being.

Hope believes strongly in the healing power of human connection and strives to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. She works collaboratively with clients to foster self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change while honoring each person’s unique experiences and strengths.

In her free time, Hope enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and her dog, Tessa. She loves being outdoors, listening to podcasts, and caring for her growing collection of plants.
