Is Therapy Right for You?
Therapy can help when life feels heavier than you can carry alone. You might consider it if you recognize yourself in any of these:
- You feel anxious, down, or overwhelmed more days than not.
- Something painful from your past still affects your sleep, mood, or relationships.
- You are grieving a loss or going through a major life change.
- You and your partner or family keep running into the same conflicts.
- You have tried to handle things on your own and want support from a trained professional.
You do not need to be in crisis to start. Many people come to therapy simply because they want to understand themselves better and feel more steady. Faith can be part of your care if you want it, and it is never assumed.

Anxiety, Depression, and Stress Counseling
When worry, low mood, or constant pressure starts to take over, counseling can help you understand what is happening and build practical ways to cope.

- Stress management counseling – for burnout, overwhelm, and chronic stress

Trauma, PTSD, and Grief Counseling
Painful experiences and losses can affect your mind, body, and relationships long after they happen. Our trauma-informed counseling lets you move at your own pace.
- Trauma therapy – for childhood trauma, abuse, accidents, and other painful experiences
- PTSD therapy – for flashbacks, nightmares, and feeling constantly on edge
- First responder therapy – for stress and trauma tied to the job
- Grief counseling – for the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a chapter of life
